SDL support

Hi!

It would be nice if you make a SLD template for the application wizard. It 
will include some Makefiles-Templates, a Sourcecode-Template,some 
configuration files and maybe a picture. You don't have to write any 
KDE/KDevelop specific sourcecode to do this. Its very easy. 

Please look to the other application wizard templates (and README) in the 
application wizard directory. Only with your support its possible to make 
sure that good SDL support will be included in KDevelop 3.0. :-) Thanks.
