lib/structure/Makefile.in should be in CVS?

Hi!

I issue:
make -f admin/Makefile.common cvs-clean

in the command prompt, then I issue
cvs update

then I issue
make -f Makefile.cvs

then I reissue
cvs update

and get
? lib/structure/Makefile.in

Is this file supposed to be in cvs?
