crash adding new files in qmakeprject

hi,

if you create an subproject of the "src" and you add file to this subproject 
gideon will crash. after restart the created subproject is not a member of 
"src".





some other bugs......

if you call build in a qmake project the changed files in the editor will not 
be saved.

if you call build from gideon menu all files will be saved but it builds the 
entire project and not the actual subproject.
