If you gnereate a kpart application with gideon from the create new project dialog, several of the source files it creates list Kurt Granroth as the copyright holder, but do not give any permissions to modify or redistribute.  As a result I sent him an email asking about it.  The email is below.

He suggests just changeing the name. It may make more sense to use the template for .h and .cpp files also chosen in the create new project dialog.

That's a bug.  Those projects were originally based on kapptemplate
templates, hence my name on anything.  It looks like I forgot to use the
variable substitution on the kpartapp files and the kdevelop people carried
over the changes.  The copyright is *supposed* to be in your name (or
whoever created the project).

I suggest filing a bug report on kdevelop.  Mention that your name and email
address didn't appear as the copyright holder and that the date is wrong.
