Autoproject part patch

The attached patch makes the autoproject a bit smarter about adding files via 
the addFiles() method (i.e. from outside of the part).

If there's no active target, it looks at the path of the file being added, and 
if there's only one target in that path, uses that target instead of bringing 
up the dialog.

I'd like to commit this as it makes my File Create part (just committed) and 
PyQT framework more usable. Could someone familiar with the autoproject part 
OK/not-OK this?
