In a recent (today) checkout of gideon, I have two 'close' options in my 
File menu.  

I created a c++ kde application framework, create some name, hit next, hit 
next, then let it do its thing.. then open up a file and look at the file 
menu.. it has close, close, close all, close all others.  both the closes 
have the same icon to their left and the same shortcut to their right 
(ctrl-w).

Tried to grab a screenshot, but the menu wouldn't screenshot properly.  
Shouldn't be too hard to reproduce?

I'm running Redhat 8.0 with KDE 3.0.3
