have you checked if the files that declares these structures are
contained in the project!? i've the same problem while importing
konqueror, gideon parse all files in the right way, but it don't show
the classes declared in some subproject, for instance in the subproject
"listview".

maybe, this is a bug of autoproject part when the files in the project
have the extension ".cc".. infact, if i import the Qt/designer sources
with trollproject all seems to works ok ;)
