make-member feature

hi all,

while finishing the new Abstract syntax tree and the new Parser for c++
support, i've added a new nice feature to gideon. The new feature is
make-member, a feature already available in kde-emacs scripts. You can
activate make-member with the shortcut F2 on a "method declaration", and
it automagically implement it.

of course, it isn't tested yet, and i'm not sure that it works ;)
anyway, i wish you find it useful.
