Now i have compiled the source under linux. With the same error.
My kde 3.1 packages are all downloaded from KDE FTP Server.

SuSE 8.1 ships with KDE 3.0.4 but you have KDE 3.0.99, did you build it
yourself? If yes, I 
guess there is a BIC somewhere so recompiling should solve the bug.
