Qeditor/data directory

Hi!

I had to add a dummy Makefile to parts/qeditor/data to make CVS gideon 
compile

Here is the file:

parts/qeditor/data/Makefile:
all:
clean:
install:



Is this correct or is there a more elegant way to do it?
