I also don't want that the current debugger code will be removed. The
new code would also bring new problems. And the fix of the old code
isn't much effort compared to the effort for the adaption of new code to
KDevelop-3.
But you could add the new debugger part as alternative part, so a
competition can start, and let us decide for the best debugger when it's
time for that.
