Just add the ui file to your project and it will be compiled automatically (don't forget 
to rebuild the Makefiles by running configure and friends). 
 
KDE doesn't use Qt Designer's Toolbars/Menubars, check the developer 
documentation on how to use KDE's XML GUI.
