KDevGenericFactory related patch

This changes all remaining parts to use KDevGenericFactory.
No i18n changes, I've only reused existing strings in kdevelop.pot.
No i18n translation at all available to
	buildtools/generic/buildsystem/shellscript/shellscriptbuildsystem.cpp
	parts/scripting/scriptingpart.cpp
(they aren't used in 3.0)
and
parts/valgrind/valgrind_part.cpp
(no need to translate "Valgrind").
