KMdi patches (again)

Another small change for your review and approval:
Save mdi settings (mdi mode) after switching the mode, but not before.

Previous behaviour:
start kdevelop in default ideal mode (using MDIMode=4 in config file),
go to ui settings dialog - childframe mode is selected (despite of having
ideal as current).
