Summary: Using K-widgets crashes java (koala) applications, qt-
                    widgets work
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: javasupport
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-devel at kdevelop.org
        ReportedBy: bablokb at gmx.de

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

Even the most simplest java-kde-applications crash if you use a K-widget (e.g. KLineEdit) instead of a qt-widget (e.g. QLineEdit). The examples distributed with the java-bindings reproduce this behaviour (e.g. when accessing the open-file-dialog from the KScribble example). I can provide sample-code if you like to.
