patch for java application wizzard

the current implementation of the application wizzard for
java kde application framework generates a configure script
which does not include the "--with-java" option.

A possible fix is:

create parts/appwizard/kappjava/configure.in.mid contining:

dnl check for java dependencies
KDE_CHECK_JAVA_DIR

plus the changes from the attached kappjava.patch
