Broken things in the new parser

Hi,

 Just to document what I've said today to Roberto at Nove Hrady. ;-) The new 
class browser shows weird things. The problems are:
- - no main function is listed
- - variables defined in two places (eg. once/more with external, other time 
normally) appear more than once
- - everything is mixed, there is no possibility to look separately to 
variables/classes/structures/etc.
- - the class tree is closed after modify/build/run. Very annoying.
