I am using the Ideal style of Gideon (everything in one big window,
which fills the entire screen), with resolution 1280x1024. The dialog
in question (Remove File, in Automake Manager) comes up in plain
black and white, including the buttons ... when you can see them ;-)

I don't really know what the word "theme" means in the KDE context
and have been unable to find out (I've been trying intermittently for
more than a year). However, I think it just means all your desktop
background, button styles, window-frame decorations, colours,
mouse pointers, etc., analogous to the "Dangerous Creatures" theme
in Windows 98 SE. In that case, I am using whatever the default is
with SuSE 8.2 installation and have changed only the wallpaper.
I can't use anything else (bug 62293): no more "themes" for me :-(
