Summary: Gideon will not close my project or open another one
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: 3.0.0a5
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-devel at kdevelop.org
        ReportedBy: ianw at netspace.net.au

Version: 3.0.0a5 (using KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-4GB

I just downloaded and installed Gideon yesterday (20 Aug 03). My usual
project was left open the last time I used Gideon before the download. Now
I cannot close the project: nor can I open a new project. Gideon just crashes
with a SIGSEGV fault. I have saved the Gideon log file and SIGSEGV trace
info. Please let me know if you need it.

BTW I don't think I have closed my project for several weeks, so maybe
the older version of Gideon had the same problem.

I have also been doing edits and makes in a command window. In Gideon,
when I got this Close Project problem, I did Make Distclean, Automake,
Configure and Build Project, to clean up and resynch everything, but the
Close Project problem did not go away.
