[Bug 62851] file paths in debuger broken

I'm not sure which  project manager are you using, but that probably 
doesn't matter,
all of them should require the path to be relative to the currently 
selected build directory
("run from executable is" ,or "run in build directory") or relative to a 
custom path ("custom run path").
Hope this clarifies some things.
