[Bug 62667] New: Classwiewer crashes on closing a source view (ctrl+w)

The problem originates in parts/cppsupport/cppsupportpart.cpp - 
CppSupportPart::partRemoved(). I committed a trivial fix that seems to get 
around the problem. However, is it really safe to call methods on a "removed" 
part? I can't find anything in the docs, but the source seems to suggest it's 
not.
