Some files like text/x-designer might have several different viewers / editors available.

text/x-designer files can be edited both in text and graphical mode.

An easy to reach switch should be nice.
David Faure noticed that this is like the View->View Mode in konqueror and said "Makes sense (feel free to grab code from Konqueror :)"
