Patch to compile gideon with the qt-3.0.4/3.0.5, kdelibs-3.0.5 and gcc-2.95.3/gcc-3.2

With this patch gideon builds with the down to qt-3.0.4 / kdelibs-3.0.5 
/ gcc-2.95.3 based system.

Falk has checked in the EOL=crlf  file from within Linux so the patch of 
the lib/qext/mdi/qdockwidget_compat.cpp is little long - it is only for 
the orientation() method which by gcc-2.95.3's opinion should not have 
its implementation within the KDockWidget class declaration so I have 
moved it out.

I am sending this mail to the authors of files affected - please do not 
get upset - I simply do not know if sending to the kdevelop-devel mail 
is enough. Or maybe Tennis.
