I've commited the patch. Can the people interested in remote debugging 
actually try this out, and give some feedback to Roger as to whether this is 
looking good and, if not, what do you require. Don't leave this to the last 
minute, folks...

Roger suggests that the scripts go into the embedded project. Sounds good to 
me. Anybody?
