Summary: Qt Editor undo buffer is limited
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: CVS
          Platform: RedHat RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-devel at kdevelop.org
        ReportedBy: jonsmirl at yahoo.com

Version: CVS (using KDE KDE 3.1)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs

The Qt Editor undo buffer is limited to about 30-40 operations? Why is there a limit? I wanted to undo all of the changes to the file I was working on but only 30-40 were undone. The editor should just record all of the undo action.

Several times now I have noticed that undo/redo do not do exactly the same thing. There is definitely an off by one bug centered around the EOL code. I can't see a pattern or reproduce it since it is probably dependent on internal data structures that are not visible to me.
