make_it_cool merged with main

After a conversation in #kdevelop today I merged make_it_cool  
development branch with main. 
Great new features:
a new "memory" class store (great work, Roberto!)
a new class browser
Small drawbacks:
temporary disabled adasupport perlsupport, javasupport and
graphical class view (dot-based). Expect them to be ready for a few
days.
