Gideon 3.0 alpha 4

Hello,
I am using Gideon since the version alpha 2 and currently version alpha 4. Since than
it is imposible for me to use the debugger. When I delete or add c or cpp files using the Automake manager the whole application gideon crashes. It was always like that and has not changed at all. Is there a solution or is there a solution coming up soon?
