Crashes in ClassStore::removeWithReferences

Its not a solution, but...
if I comment out lines 537 to 540 in classstore.cpp I seem to have a 
stable Gideon. So far, for an hour anyway.

I'm not sure what those lines do, as they seem to repeat the action of 
the lines above ( m_allClasses.remove(...) ).
