alpha 4, yet again

Okay, I've tagged KDEVELOP_3_0_ALPHA_4A, which should have fixed the known 
nasties with alpha_4.  I am not going to retag this unless there's a fatal 
error (like the one John Firebaugh reported this morning) that gets fixed.  
Anything else has to wait for the next release! :)

As normal, I'll briefly wait for any emails to tell me of a critical bugfix 
that didn't make it in the tag.
