Gideon project and session files

Hi,

 In order to allow group developing with Gideon I think that some information 
from the .kdevelop file should be put in the .kdevses file as they contain 
local references and they are not usable for any other developer (or  
relative paths should be stored instead of absolute ones).

1. <workspace> : it can remain here for project files, but in this case 
relative paths should be stored. Otherwise, if it is intended to be a "last 
opened files" per project, it should go in the .kdevses

2. <breakpoints>: same as above. I think this really belongs to the .kdevses

3.<projectdoc>: relative paths should be there
