[Bug 56322] Compare to repository fails when executed more than once

Yes. It IS a kompare bug. 

The problem is that kompare doesn't clean up its internal data between calls 
to openURL. Attached is a simplistic fix that seems to work without breaking 
anything, but that is also quite probably a memory leak in kompare.
