Ada support

Hi,

Now that The ANTLR Ada support is stabilizing (see
http://www.antlr.org/grammars/ada), I will start working
on the kdevelop/parts/adasupport (which was the whole
point of making the ANTLR Ada grammar :)

I would really like to check in my ANTLR Ada stuff
ASAP. For one, I'd like to encourage potential
co-developers to join me. OTOH, I'd also like to use
the kdevelop-cvs as the primary repository for the
ANTLR Ada grammar.
