Kdevelop vs. other development environments

Hi all :)

For those of you that don't have OpenOffice and can't open .xls files, 
here goes a .html version.
For those of you that _do_ have OpenOffice but are microsoft alergic 
here goes a .scx version.

PS: The info is not uptodate and is not fair to Gideon.
    It would be nice if we do an update to it.

I suggest that the readme file of ____EVERY___ should contain a features and a caveat section.
That way should be easy to put together a list of Gideon's features.
I'll do my part today on the doxygen part.  :)
