To INSTALL or not to INSTALL? The question is : how usefull is it!

Why not do both? First mention the URL with the uptodate information and below 
(in case the user has no internet access atm) that the last snapshot of this 
document.

BTW this weekend I started seriously using gideon and it is great! Many thanks
