Given a file (plain text maybe) named "bar" in directory "foo".

KDevelop:
	* Project -> New
	* Choose whatever kind of app you like, say "KDE Mini"
	* Project name: "bar"
	* Project dir: "foo"
	* ... -> Next -> Create
	-> crash
