gideon compile problems and crashes

i'm not having a backtrace right now here but i discovered 2 things which
lead to a SIGSEGV in gideon:
(1) creating a php project with the wizard (see
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kdevelop-devel&m=103184099302795&w=2)

(2) exiting gideon: i saw in CppSupportPart::maybeParse at parser->parse(
fileName ); that parser is 0 and this leads to the SIGSEGV. i don't know if
this is because http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47877

i'm not core developer enough to fix it - maybe someone could have a look at
this.
