debian patches

Hey,

I send those patches to Chris before, but Harald adviced me to send them to 
this list to. They are all for the debian subfolder of the head version.

There is no kdebase-libs build from kdebase (is this wrong?) and this should
not depend on kdelibs-dev but kdelibs4-dev (or alternative kdelibs3-dev?)

Well both not really a error, but may be qt3 and kde3 are the better defaults.
