Bug#47603: Process remains after closing KDevelop

OS/Compiler notes: 

After closing KDevelop (2.1.3) the KDevelop process is still active (shown in KSysguard). Open KDevelop again will create a new process that has the same problem after closing KDevelop. The only resolution is to kill the processes manually.
