Bug#47573: kdevelop's the tip screen is much larger than the physical screen

when I start up kdevelop it shows me first the tip of the day. The window of that tip is exceedingly wide. It's about 150%-200% as wide as the physical screen. My resolution here is 1024x768 so nothing unusual.
