Incase sensitive find in file searches

Hi,

I can't do any regexp. So could someone can tell me how to incase 
sensitive search in files  ?

PS : A check box would be nice, wouldn't  ?

I hope, one day, code completion ( incl goto implementation and 
definition ) works fine and I do not do any search in files.
