Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc 3.2 
OS:          Linux

>From kdevelop alpha1 aka gideon,
Project->New Project->C++->Simple Hello world program
After autoconf configure make, trying to debug the application will failed. 
gdb report: 
This GDB was configured as "i686-pc-linux-gnu"..."/correct_path_to_the_binary": No such file or directory

Starting gdb in a shell with the /correct_path_to_the_binary works properly.
