[Bug 49205] Split the huge Gideon RPM in several RPMs

Everybody is saying that *THE* big advantage of KDevelop 3.0 is that it 
is completely plug-in oriented.
Then why aren't the rpm's separated? It makes no sense!
Plug-ins are nice for the KDevelop programer, and separated rpms are 
nice for the KDevelop user.
Let's have a nice² program!!!!!
