Gideon release update

Okay, the source is on the kde ftp sites, the kdevelop.org site has been 
updated (will be live within an hour), and Dirk is going to make an 
announcement for us on www.kde.org (actually, I think it's going through 
dot.kde.org).  So, with a little luck, we'll see people downloading and 
installing Gideon, and probably have to start tackling questions and bugs.

I'll be gone over the weekend, so if anyone notices any blatant errors in my 
updates, especially to kdevelop.org, please fix them for me :)
