support for c++ files ending on c++

You are wellcome - actually I commited a bit more than this patch because I 
found that parts/appwizard/importdlg.cpp, parts/astyle/astyle_part.cpp,  
parts/doxygen/doxygenpart.cpp and parts/grepview/grepdlg.cpp also ignored 
the "c++" extension so now *.c++ is fully supported AFAIK :-)
