STL docs in Gideon? (was: Re: playing with gideon)

IMHO, KDevelop/Gideon should contain only carefully selected and
essential documentation. Let me explain:
Gideon integrates lot of languages/tools (C, C++, Java, CVS, SVN, ...)
If you add this, you other people might ask for adding a complete Java
reference, CVS/SVN manual, ... And the result: it would be almost
impossibly to package and distribute Gideon/Kdevelop due its size. BTW,
most of the distributions are containing doc packages already for
these...

I would suggest a different solution:
- place a dummy HTML file with reference to the original document... If
somebody wants it, could browse it online...
- create a custom document installator accessible from the configuration
menu, which could download and
integrate all the third party documents (C, C++, Java, Python, Perl,
..., CVS/SVN/Perforce manuals) into Gideon
- Gideon would have the most uptodate and comprehensive developer's
documentation framework;)

This way much more document would be available without having gigantic
size packages...

Just my 2 cents,
Tamas

I found something in the mailarchive.

If 2MB of zipped files aren't to much I would include them in gideon.
