cppparts and preparsed libraries

Hi,
being a bad typist and having big projects with hard to remember
long filenames i just commited little extensions to cppparts

- completion is preloaded with all classnames form the project and
  preparsed libraries for all type-fields in the add attribute and 
  add method dialog

- the clone function now has all member function from all classes
  
test and enjoy ;-)
