TODO List KDevelop 2.1.2

Hi,

okay, we have about two weeks until 2.1.2 will be packaged. Any real 
showstoppers around?

I still have a patch for the help index generation from Anders Lynge Esbensen 
<esban at egmont-kol.dk>. It makes the thing a bit more usable and I'd really 
like to commit it (see attachment). Any comments?
