Bug#43086: its soo annoying that kdevelop asks everytime if it should open UI's as ASII file

I will alter the code manually to automatically selet designer, but it should be possible, to select a stndard answer like:
"Never ask this again?"
And then the user click the wanted button.
Then in the options menu the user can allways reenable it again.
