It was for the context menu :-) It was done through 
CEditWidget::mousePressEvent(), which wasn't called when the line was
commented out. Now there is another mechanism for that in the KTextEditor
interface. It could be a bit more flexible though, e.g. to allow for a window 
menu on a mouse click with Ctrl pressed etc. :-)
