Bug#41396: Editors Cursor disappears (but can be brought back)

werner at schulte-ac.de reported this bug for the beta-version.
In the 2.1 release it happend for the first time, right after I was
surprised by the pop-up showing my classes member-functions. WOW !

Then the cursor was gone.

It happened again after I had switched to another file.
Each time I get it back by moving a different application to the front
(e.g. a kterminal) with Alt+Tab. Back in KDevelop, the cursor awaits me.

TKS anyway. This version is really nice... awfully impressive, if anybody is
at all interested in my opinion after all those "unspecific" bug-reports. ;->
